BHTronik is a member of the ‘AEF’
‘Development demands clear guidelines. Practice demands full functionality.’
This is the mission of the AEF (Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation) - an independent organisation founded on 28 October 2008 by seven international agricultural equipment manufacturers and two associations.
Today, in addition to eight manufacturers and three associations, over 200 members are involved in the AEF's topics: improving the cross-manufacturer compatibility of electronic and electrical components in agricultural equipment and ensuring transparency in compatibility issues.
The AEF is now becoming more ‘BHTronic’! We are now a member of the AEF and are contributing our expertise in the areas of hardware, software and mechanics and presenting our portfolio, which includes high-quality and innovative control units, control devices, central electronics and telemetry modules.
‘As a pioneer of new technologies, we want to contribute our knowledge and maintain and deepen the exchange as an AEF member. The aim is to work with strong partners to ensure global standards and thus counter leading manufacturers with clear advantages and quality products,’ says Christian Baumer, Managing Director of BHTronik GmbH.
Innovation-driving future fields for BHTronik are topics such as ‘High-Speed ISOBUS’, ‘Wireless Infield Communication’ or focal points such as ‘AEF Conformances Tests’. Together we set quality standards. Worldwide.
‘Membership enables us to create synergies and contribute to making our customers and partners' work processes easier and more economical. For us, this is not only relevant for the future, but essential for innovation providers,’ adds Thomas Hanauer, Managing Director of BHTronik GmbH.
