BHTronik and Nexat
In the course of the ongoing digitalisation and automation of industrial and agricultural processes, efficient and safe power distribution in machines is of central importance. The current reference project between BHTronik and NEXAT is an outstanding example of such an innovative solution. In this project, BHTronik is supplying state-of-the-art power distribution with channel monitoring, which integrates electronic fuses and switches to ensure continuous feedback of the current and voltage values. This ensures maximum operational safety and efficiency in the field.
In this collaboration, BHTronik and NEXAT impressively demonstrate how sustainable and future-oriented solutions can be created by combining expertise and innovative technologies.
NEXAT is a globally unique, holistic plant production system. The disruptive basic principle is simple: one for all - all for one. NEXAT combines all work steps that previously required a wide variety of agricultural machinery into a single system.
NEXAT uses the Widespan Controlled Traffic Farming method, in which fixed tramlines with a track width of 14 metres are measured and created once. These lanes are used over several years, reducing the area of arable land driven over to between five and ten per cent. As a result, the soil is less compacted, which improves soil health and ultimately leads to an increase in profit.
