When the whole BHTronik team gathers, there is usually something special to celebrate. This fall was no exception!
The management invited to the BHTronik field day and presented the new brand and culture strategy #BHTronisch! Developed together with an internal project team and with the involvement of all employees, a real future concept with strategy, design and culture was created.
With the performance promise "Faster on the Field", BHTronik continues to position itself as a strong partner for agricultural machinery technology and focuses on its agility, flexibility and quality standards. And this is exactly what the entire team was to experience at the kick-off. After the strategy presentation, it went without further ado, of course, to the field! There, the team experienced BHTronik products up close and personal, and the management didn't miss the opportunity to fire up the barbecue and enjoy the end of the day.
